Opuntia leucotricha AARON'S BEARD CACTUS
Reaching possible heights of 15 feet this central and southern Mexico Opuntia species endemic to mountainous areas, is distinctive with its white, hair like threads. Its yellow flowers can be found late spring to early summer. Presidio Park's three specimens are 4 feet and under. |
