Malvaviscus arboreus TURK'S CAP
The Malvaviscus arboreus contain several variations that have common names such as ladies eardrops, Scotchman's purse, Turk's cap, or perhaps most appropriately, sleeping hibiscus. This plant can be ground cover or shaped into a tree-like structure with proper training. Interestingly, the Malvaviscus arboreus has beautiful, strikingly red flowers that display a stamen from within the flower, which never opens. |
