ACACIA PROSTRATE/DESERT CARPET

Very drought tolerant, the Acacia redolens hugs the ground and forms a low bush to a height of two feet. It is also heat tolerant and thrives well in its native low-water, high-temperature environment of coastal Western Australia. These thrive in desert regions such as Phoenix, Arizona but do well in dry coastal environments such as San Diego.
