Considered a pioneer species after forest fires, these trees can grow up to 90 feet tall. Native to South East Australia the Acacia dealbata produce beautiful and prolific flowers. Naturalized throughout the world today they have multiple uses. In Albania, Georgia, and Russia the flowers are often given on International Women's Day, in India its leaves are used in cuisine and the inflorescence are often utilized in perfumes worldwide. Their life span is typically between 30-40 years.
