Thirty-first Annual People In Preservation Award Winners - 2013

For thirty years, SOHO has proudly presented the People In Preservation awards to individuals who have made important contributions to their communities through historic preservation. By doing so, they enrich all of our lives, and generations to come will benefit because of their efforts. These are the heroes and heroines who have worked tirelessly to save and restore precious historic resources, and have made San Diego a more meaningful place to live, work, and visit.

A time honored SOHO tradition, the annual awards place focus on the preservationists behind important projects and efforts that add to our shared heritage in historic landmarks, protected resources, and cultural landscapes. The awardees cover all four of the Secretary of the Interior's Treatments for Historic Properties; Preservation, Restoration, Rehabilitation, and when needed, Reconstruction.
