Introducing Virtual Sherlock Homes

SOHO is now offering a new, virtual option for our Sherlock Homes Historic Homeowners Consultation Program. This virtual option provides home and building owners informational sessions with SOHO's historic home experts via virtual meetings on topics such as interest in designation, a renovation or restoration project, installation of solar panels, and more.

Offering more flexibility and shorter meeting times, the virtual option is great for the rudimentary exploration of a historic home or site, or for focusing on a particular project. SOHO offers two options for meeting times. A 30 minute (free for SOHO members, $35 for non-members) for simpler inquiries, such as a general facade review for potential designation. For one hour or more, for in-depth investigations, such as adding on to a historic home, the fee starts at a $75 an hour.

Conducted via Zoom allows for sharing important documents, photographs, and walk-throughs of properties in real time. For more inforrmation or to submit an inquiry, click HERE
