Architect and SOHO board member M. Wayne Donaldson, FAIA was in the trenches at the very beginning of the Gaslamp Quarter's renowned renaissance and he has restored and renovated historic buildings there ever since.
Hear Wayne's talk Transition of the Gaslamp Quarter into the National Historic District on Thursday, August 18 at 7pm at the Horton Grand Hotel, 311 Island Avenue. The hotel, the Horton Park Plaza Hotel and the San Diego Hardware Building are just a few of the Gaslamp projects of the former State Historic Preservation Officer for California. Coffee and dessert will be served after the lecture. Tickets are $15, free for Gaslamp Museum members.
