Seeking December Holiday Membership Party House

Are you brimming with holiday spirit, as in mistletoe, menorahs, golden trumpets, and good tidings toward SOHO members? Or will you be in a few months?
Would you host SOHO's annual holiday party in December? We're looking for a historic home that can accommodate 100 to 150 well-behaved, respectful SOHO members on one of these dates: December 6, 7, 8, or 9 or December 13, 14, 15 or 16.
The party lasts two hours, but we'll need a total of five hours for set up and break down, including thorough cleaning. On a weekday the party hours would be from 4 to 6pm; on weekends, any time after 2pm. The house need not be decorated for the holidays.
SOHO provides all basic refreshments, staffing, linens, floral arrangements, and tables, if needed. Members (this is a party for SOHO members only) bring potluck dishes.
A SOHO team would visit you in advance, answer any questions or concerns, and coordinate details for the day of the party. We want to make the event as easy for you as possible out of gratitude for sharing your home with members.
SOHO guests are gracious and cognizant of appropriate behavior in a historic home with period furnishings. You won't, for example, find a glass set on a table without a coaster or linen underneath. You will discover or renew ties with many lively and interesting people, all of whom will be very appreciative that you opened your special home to them.
