New Appointments to the City of San Diego HRB
The San Diego City Council unanimously approved five new appointments and two reappointments to the Historical Resources Board in April 2022.
The new members are attorney and civic volunteer Bruce Abrams, architect Kristi Byers, San Diego State University professor and director of its Chinese Cultural Center Dr. Li-Rong Lilly Cheng, Realtor Carla Farley, and archaeologist Michael Taylor. However, three current board members—Courtney Coyle, Matthew Winter, and Ann Woods—will continue to serve on expired terms and one general member seat remains open.
