Out of the Archives
This month marks the start of a new temporary exhibit at the Marston House called Out of the Archives. It features objects that originated from the Marston family and the Marston Department Store. It is the perfect opportunity to see items that have been hidden away in the SOHO archives and are not regularly on display.
SOHO will be putting on a full exhibit about the Marston family and store in 2017, and we need your help! We invite you to participate in this landmark display by donating items from the store or that document the Marston family and their place in San Diego History. We want not to only create an exhibit demonstrating the lasting impact of the Marstons, but to preserve these artifacts in our collection for future generations.

- A photo of the item
- A brief description of the item, and any history you have about it
Our curatorial team will select the best and most suitable pieces for our collection. Thank you in advance. SOHO will be able to make this future exhibit a success with your help.
