Friends of San Diego Architecture Launch Little Free Library Contest
March/April 2017
Do you love books? How about historic architecture? Do you know a thing or two about how to surprise and delight your fellow homo sapiens of all ages?
Since we suspect you're a strong candidate, here's a chance to express yourself, do good for the community, and possibly win up to $250. Read on for details about the Friends of San Diego Architecture's design contest for a Little Free Library suited to a spot in South Clairemont. Just submit drawings for one of these public book-exchange containers to hold 25 books. Deadline is April 1.
Your design need not refer to historic architecture, although Mid-Century Modern comes to mind. We just wanted to catch your attention.
