Preservation Pays AwardTim Rudolph is a developer who is working wonders in the Sherman Heights Historic District and surrounding areas, having rehabilitated at least five historic Victorian homes. Most of the homes have prominent visibility, and they, as well as the surrounding neighborhoods, have been greatly enhanced, not only by the rehabilitation itself but through Tim’s use of colorful, historic paint palates. Mr. Rudolph has made a significant contribution to the community and has lead the way for the renaissance of Sherman Heights, spotlighting its architectural resources for others to work with.
