Mills Act Notice!
Individuals who seek the mills act must have 34 copies of their completed historic reports into the city by september 27, 2002 for the october 25, 2002 meeting. this will be the last date this year to submit reports to take advantage of the mills act. the signed mills act contracts have to be in to kathy romero at the san diego county assessor's by december 31, 2002.
