Levi Chase House
1873
This spectacular gothic mansion at the corner of 11th and Broadway in Downtown was San Diego's finest example of gothic revival architecture. It was torn down in the 1960s and a nondescript building replaced it. The insignificant building was torn down in mid 2004.
