As the holiday season approaches, one of the best (and simplest!) ways to discover special, and unusual gifts is to become a SOHO member, if you're not one already, and to shop SOHO's carefully curated museum shops. This helps you check off the names on your list while you help preserve San Diego's heritage.
A gift that keeps on giving is an annual SOHO membership for you and yours! Your membership allows SOHO's crucial advocacy work to continue to thrive. Membership benefits include:
- Unlimited free admission to the Marston House Museum, the Warner-Carrillo Ranch House, and the Adobe Chapel (the chapel is currently closed for refurbishment)
- Two guest passes to SOHO's museums

At the Marston House Museum Shop, located in George and Anna Marston's charming carriage house, you will find high-quality gifts for just about everyone on your holiday shopping list! We've got a marvelous selection for aficionados of the Arts and Crafts movement, architecture, history, and nature. Check out our thoughtfully-chosen selection of books, pottery, tiles, candles, soap, jewelry, antiques, plein air paintings of Balboa Park and our region by notable local artists, and more!
At the Warner-Carrillo Ranch House Museum Shop, in Warner Springs, you'll find rustic treasures to fulfill your inner cowboy and cowgirl. Colorful blankets for those chilly backcountry nights, books on the best backcountry hiking trails, and the ranching history of the area, plus plenty of stocking stuffers for kids of all ages!
At the Feed Store - Antiques & Such, inside the historic Santa Ysabel Store, you'll find antique and vintage items, ephemera, books, and architectural finds for the artist, craftsman, and restorer for a new or old treasure! The shop is a great place to explore while spending time in the backcountry.
You can do even more to preserve San Diego's past when you slip a Save Our Heritage Organisation gift card into your favorite person's stocking! SOHO gift cards bypass the stress of trying to pick out the perfect gift for your loved one and give them the freedom to select something they will treasure for years to come. SOHO gift cards can be purchased in any amount and are valid for merchandise at our museum shops and the Feed Store. Gift cards can even be used for admission to SOHO's museums, and are available at any SOHO site or online—perfect for the holidays but also birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions.
