SNAP Benefits Include a SOHO Museum Visit
November/December 2021

The cost of museum admission can be a barrier for many low-income or financially strained (by the pandemic) families. SOHO is working with the Museums for All organization so more people can visit the Marston House Museum (1905) in San Diego and the adobe Warner-Carrillo Ranch House (1857) in Warner Springs. Just show an EBT card for free admission at both museums year-round.

In fact, those receiving food assistance (SNAP benefits) can gain free or reduced admission at a variety of more than 700 museums throughout the U.S. simply by presenting their EBT card. Visit Museums For All for details and a search box to find participating museums.

SOHO hopes all visitors feel welcome at our house museums which represent two very different families, eras, and ways of life. The holidays present a festive and educational opportunity for family or individual visits. We look forward to welcoming you!
