Virtual Live Yoga for SOHO Members

Free to SOHO members, come enjoy virtual yoga with Mary Jones. Connect with us in the surroundings of your own home!
We care about wellness, and we know you do too. Yoga with Mary will give you a little time each week to breathe, reflect, and connect even during a time when we need to continue to practice safe distancing. Our hope is that this will allow us all to connect with each other while learning or maintaining a yoga practice until we can be together again at the museum.
Long-time SOHO supporter and past employee Mary Jones is our favorite yoga instructor. Mary has given yoga lessons to SOHO staff in the past as part of a wellness program so we know what a wonderful and patient teacher she is, and now she is giving her time to SOHO members once again.
Mary said her goal is to share the gift of yoga with others, and that she is "profoundly honored to teach" and at the same time to support her good friends at SOHO. Mary's teaching style is warm and approachable with an underlying current of self-acceptance, which she explains is crucial for sustained practice.
SOHO is very happy to be able to offer this special benefit of membership this spring. Mary's Zoom classes are already underway. Pre-registration is required no later than 24 hours in advance of class. Here's how: Click HERE, then select your time zone and a calendar window will open. From there you choose your class date and you're set. Just follow the Zoom link provided through email after you register.*
