Board of DirectorsCurtis V. Drake is a licensed California Architect and Principal in the San Diego firm Heritage Architecture and Planning Inc specializing in historic preservation. Curt has a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Wisconsin and also attended the Masters of Architecture program at USC. The last eleven years of his 30-year architectural career has been focused on preservation architecture where the importance of preserving our built heritage is paramount. Curt's historic projects portfolio includes repairs to the Cabrillo Bridge, California Tower, and ornamentation of Balboa ParkÕs Museum of Man and Museum of Art. Curt is also concerned about sustainable design as a LEED Accredited Professional.
Curt is a 22-year resident of Santee living with his wife Misty in an emerging historic mid-century (not so modern) "ranchburger." Curt's interests include vintage automobiles, art, and architectural history.
