Curtis V. Drake is a Licensed California Architect and principal of the San Diego firm Heritage Architecture and Planning. Curt has a Bachelors Degree in Architectural Studies for the University of Wisconsin and also attended the Masters of Architecture program at USC. The last eight years of his 25-year architectural career in commercial architecture was with Wayne Donaldson FAIA, where the importance of historic preservation came alive. Curt's historic projects portfolio includes historic railroad stations, homes, and other civic buildings. Curt is a 19 year resident of Santee with three daughters. Curt's interests include vintage automobiles, art, and history.
